Is my team's review data private?
Only you and the employee on each review can see it. Your manager dashboard is reachable only with your emailed link, and an employee's self-eval is only visible to them and to you until you release your side.
What if I lose my dashboard link?
Come back here, enter your email, and we'll send a fresh one. It's tied to your email address, not to a device or browser.
Do I need the offline app too?
No — Pro works entirely hosted. If you also use the offline single-file app for goals, 1:1s, onboarding, or Hours & Pay, they're separate but built on the same review structure.
